Our Development Support Educators can support families to understand their child's needs, implement new strategies to build skills at home, offer parent sessions to support skill building within the home and support families to navigate and understand their child's NDIS plan.

We come to your home, preschool or school — wherever your child learns best.
Research now shows that place-based intervention support is more effective than clinic-based services. All of our programs are data-driven, guaranteed to increase confidence and skill-building in children accessing support.
Our Approach: The Key Worker Model
We use a trusted key worker model, where your child is paired with one specialised Development Support Educator who becomes your main point of contact for all things NDIS support.
Your child's Development Support Educator helps your child grow across all developmental areas while also guiding you as a parent to navigate supporting this development at home.
Behind the scenes, your educator is supported by our multidisciplinary team of nurses, specialist educators, psychologists and occupational therapists — so your child receives holistic, coordinated care.

What to Expect Each Week
- 1:1 play-based learning sessions focused on your child’s needs and NDIS goals
- Skill-building in communication, play, emotional regulation and independence
- The same Development Support Educator week to week.
- Advice, routines and strategies to support at home
- Guidance on other services your child may need (e.g. OT, psychology, paediatrics, diagnostic assessments)
- Regular reports outlining the child's progress and the effectiveness of the intervention program
- All NDIS documentation required.

We are a local team of qualified Development Support Educators, teachers, child health & Development nurses, and allied health developmental specialists, with experience in helping families get the most out of their NDIS plan and seeing the most progress and development in their child.
