Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with schools and teachers?

Yes, with parent consent we collaborate to ensure consistent strategies.

Is this tutoring?

No.

We do not provide traditional tutoring. Our focus is on rebuilding the underlying developmental skills that impact learning — including executive functioning, emotional regulation, focus, organisation and confidence.

When these foundations improve, academic progress follows.

How quickly can support begin?

Availability depends on current caseload capacity and school collaboration. Most services can commence within 2-4 weeks. After submitting your enquiry, we’ll contact you to discuss next steps and timeframes.

Can this be funded through NDIS?

Yes. Our services for children aged 7-12 years are delivered under appropriate NDIS capacity building categories. We review your child’s plan before commencing to ensure funding alignment.

What if my child is refusing school?

School refusal is often linked to anxiety, overwhelm or low confidence. We provide structured support targeting emotional regulation, confidence building and reintegration strategies where appropriate.

What makes this different from other NDIS providers?

Our program is structured, goal-focused and clinically guided. We work collaboratively with families and, when appropriate, allied health professionals to ensure consistent, measurable progress.
